Warranty Claims

FILING CLAIM

To obtain warranty service, contact Dolphin Industries by writing to the address mentioned below, calling at (337) 680-6018 or filling online request on our website www.dolphinH2O.com.  Proof of purchase (original sales receipt from Dolphin) MUST accompany all warranty claims. When making a request clearly state product's name, model number and serial number.

In case of water heater warranty, in addition to above, we also require installation details. This includes date of installation, and name & contact information of the person/contractor who installed the unit. In certain cases, Dolphin Industries may demand real pictures of the installation and place where it was installed to verify if installation meets the required specifications stated by Dolphin Industries.

Warranty will not be provided if customer fails to provide any of the required information with associated proof(s).


WARRANTY RETURN

Before any product is replaced or issued credit for, a member of our Dolphin Technical Support Team will assist you in diagnosing the warranty issue. If issue could be resolved to the satisfaction and required standards, the return will not be authorized and entertained. In case a legitimate return is determined, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), which must be clearly written in BOLD outside the packaging box, when original product is returned. Dolphin Industries will not bear any shipping or handling charges and will not be responsible for loss of package in shipping.

Please do NOT return/ship any product to Dolphin Industries without obtaining a valid RMA#. No returns or credit will be issued for any such products. Dolphin Industries will not take any responsibility of any such product sent to , and may not be able to return the original either. Thus, make sure Return Merchandise Authorization Number is obtained PRIOR to any product submission for return or replacement.


RETURN POLICY

Dolphin Industries is not responsible for return freight or handling charges. All returns must be pre-approved and should have a valid RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) issued by Dolphin Industries. All the instructions issued by Dolphin Industries to be followed properly and entirely while making the return. Each package must have the (RMA#) Return Merchandise Authorization Number printed clearly and legibly on outside of the package in BOLD.

No credit will be authorized on the following claims:
     *  Returns/Claims out of warranty.
     *  Returns without the proper/valid (RMA#) Return Merchandise Authorization Number on outside of the packaging.
     *  Special order items.
     *  To correct improper or poor installation.
     *  Damage resulting from but not limited to accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, hostile environments, improper installation or installation not in accordance with local codes and company specifications.
